Change of Mind
For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind, even if the item is unopened and unused. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
A replacement or refund is applicable within 30 days of purchase.
Kindly email cs_fweeus@benow.co.kr, and we will assist you accordingly.
To ensure a prompt response, kindly include your order number in the subject line.
Each request will be reviewed individually.
Please provide the product name(s) you wish to be refunded, a detailed reason for the refund, and photos of the product(s) (including the Lot ID, usually found on the bottom or side of the product).
Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks, and your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
Additional Information
Allergic Reactions: We do not offer refunds for allergic reactions caused by our products.
Stolen or Lost Packages: We do not take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen. If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local mail carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements under these circumstances.
