The keychain color is sent randomly, and you will receive one of 5 surprise colors.
The keychain is empty when delivered, enabling you to depot your favorite items for touch ups on the go.
The product may have shifted during shipping, but rest assured it is brand new and has never been used. We can confirm there are no issues with its quality or condition.
Shipping
As of now, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. We can’t wait to reach fwee lovers around the world someday — and we’ll be sure to share the news right here when we do!
Standard shipping within the contiguous US is free on orders $45 and over (excluding tax and after discounts are applied). For orders less than $45, standard shipping cost of $6.99 will be charged at checkout.
If your order is already paid and you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us at cs_fweeus@benow.co.kr immediately with your order number. We cannot edit your address or modify your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.
We are not liable for any failed delivery due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer during checkout. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping information.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is under the custody of the shipping carrier. Please contact the projected carrier for any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays.
Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home. You may receive your package within 24 hours after the tracking status is updated to "DELIVERED." If it has been longer than 24 hours, please contact your local mail carrier.
Returns and Refunds
You can return unused items for a full refund within 30 days from the date you received the products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original condition.

After we review the provided information, we will send you the replacement items right away along with a prepaid return shipping label or issue you a refund.
Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition (unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured). Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event your products are to be returned to us.
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Time Deal and Clearance items. These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, we do not offer price adjustments on prior purchases.
No, the original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.
